Classes
PreK
Class Students will participate in variety of theater games based on
well-loved children’s stories while gaining self confidence.
Grades K-2 Class Students will
develop self expression and creativity while learning social skills and
cooperation through theater games, music, song and dance.
Grades 3-5 Class Students will
develop self-expression and vocal clarity through music, improvisation and
theatre games. They will learn to oper ate as a ensemble and gain self
confidence
Middle School Class Students will
learn the basic techniques of stage acting: using voice, body, and mind to
pursue objectives, overcome obstacles, create characters and scenes, and
work as an ensemble. They will present several medleys and dance routines
through the year.
Senior High School Class
Students will expand performance skills and develop vocal and dance
technique as they practice and present medleys from hit musicals. During the
year they will present a major musical.
Acting The aim is to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in which the students can study drama.. The class explores improvisation, mime, role-play, and theatre games. Through speech, mime and improvisation, the children are encouraged to develop their self expression and creativity while learning social skills and cooperation
Class Schedule
Monday:
Pre School class at 3:30 to 4:00 PM,
Grades K-1 class at 4:00 to 5:00 PM
Senior High class at 5:00 to 6:300 PM.
Tuesday:
Grades 2-5 class at 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Middle School class at 5:00 to 6:30 PM
Thursday:
Acting/Film class at 3:30 to 5:00PM.
Acting class is only open to 7-10-year-olds.
